General conversation
I have many students who work and understand business English but really struggle when it comes to "small talk" and being able to speak "natural English" rather than "text book" English which is completely different.
Idioms and phrasal verbs are essential to help develop fluency but this needs to happen in natural discussion with a native speaker.
After work, many people don't have the time or energy for English so why not sit back and enjoy a friendly conversation online where you will be encouraged to speak as much English as possible to gain confidence in speaking in a more natural way. It is important to feel more confident speaking than be frightened to speak for fear of making mistakes,
